Mike Outram is one of the UK’s leading jazz educators and guitarists, and works with all the leading UK conservatoires alongside his own online community of 700 players called ‘Electric Campfire’. He will be supported by a professional rhythm section alongside regular tutors Sam Massey (brass) and Jade Gall (woodwind).
This workshop is open to all instrumentalists under 18 of approximately Grade 2 standard and above. You do not need to have taken music exams, but be interested in jazz/improvisation, and there will be a short concert for parents at 7:30pm.
