Devon & Torbay Music Education Hubs, in partnership with Willowbrook Primary School, are running a FREE twilight CPD session focussed on teaching whole class recorder.
This practical session is aimed at classroom teachers, teaching assistants and other school staff (both specialist and non-specialist) involved in music education delivery.
Rachel Miller, a highly experienced educator, specialist woodwind tutor and passionate recorder advocate, will be running the session on behalf of the Hub and will cover:
- Teaching recorder fundamentals
- Building confidence teaching recorder in the classroom
- Showing the full potential of the whole recorder family
- Demonstrating the progression potential of the recorder
